1. Services

Plumbing 24 Service Inc provides professional plumbing services including but not limited to:

• Emergency plumbing repairs (available 24/7)
• Drain cleaning and unclogging
• Water heater installation, repair, and maintenance
• Sewer line inspection, repair, and replacement
• Leak detection and repair
• Bathroom and kitchen plumbing installation
• Commercial plumbing services
• Backflow prevention and testing

2. Service Requests and Appointments

When you request our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about the service needed
• Provide safe and reasonable access to the areas requiring service
• Ensure the safety of our technicians while on your property
• Be present during the scheduled service time or arrange for authorized access
• Inform us of any known hazards on the property

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. Emergency service requests are exempt from this policy.

3. Pricing and Payment

All services are provided at the rates agreed upon at the time of booking. We offer free estimates for most services. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

We accept various forms of payment including cash, credit cards, debit cards, and checks. A service fee may apply for returned checks.

Emergency Service Fees

Emergency services requested outside of regular business hours (8 am - 8 pm) may be subject to additional charges. Our team will inform you of any additional fees before starting work.

4. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work with the following guarantees:

• Workmanship Guarantee: All work is guaranteed for a period of one year from the date of service
• Parts Warranty: All parts installed by our technicians are covered by the manufacturer's warranty
• Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're not completely satisfied with our service, we'll make it right at no additional cost

Warranties and guarantees are void if the work is modified, tampered with, or repaired by another service provider without our prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, Plumbing 24 Service Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Interruption or cessation of our services
• Any damages resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Plumbing 24 Service Inc and its employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of any term of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including property or privacy rights
• Any misrepresentation made by you

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Broward County, Florida.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
