1. Services

Plumbing 24 Service Inc provides professional plumbing services including but not limited to:

• Emergency plumbing repairs
• Drain cleaning and unclogging
• Water heater installation and repair
• Sewer line services
• Leak detection and repair
• Bathroom and kitchen plumbing

2. Service Requests and Appointments

When you request our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about the service needed
• Provide access to the necessary areas for service
• Ensure the safety of our technicians while on your property
• Be present during the scheduled service time or make arrangements for access

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Pricing and Payment

All services are provided at the rates agreed upon at the time of booking. We offer free estimates for most services. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

We accept various forms of payment including cash, credit cards, and checks. A service fee may apply for returned checks.

Emergency Service Fees

Emergency services requested outside of normal business hours may be subject to additional charges.

4. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work with the following guarantees:

• Workmanship Guarantee: All work is guaranteed for a period of one year from the date of service.
• Parts Warranty: All parts installed by our technicians are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
• Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're not completely satisfied with our service, we'll make it right.

Warranties and guarantees are void if the work is modified or repaired by another service provider.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plumbing 24 Service Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
• Any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Plumbing 24 Service Inc and its employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to our services
• Your violation of any term of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Broward County, Florida.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
